I love creating by repurposing parts, other than jewelry components, into a new piece. The bottom 'shield' was taken from a slinky 1970's belt and re-imagined into some bold statement earrings that are light enough to wear all day long. Hammered domed brass discs are adorned with brass bars and a vintage brass drop on secure leverback earwires. Limited edition item.
